I have been a resident of a vibrant community between Playas de Tijuana and Playas de Rosarito since 1986, embracing the coastal lifestyle and the rich culture of the region. My surfing journey began in the 1960s, riding the waves along the west coast of Baja and the mainland, which has endowed me with extensive knowledge of these areas and the real estate opportunities available.

In addition to my deep connection with the local community and environment, I have a strong professional background in management with large international companies based in Tijuana since the 1990s. This experience has honed my skills in leadership and business operations, complementing my passion for real estate.

Since 2007, I have dedicated myself to the real estate industry, studying real estate law and becoming licensed by the state of Baja California. I am an active member of esteemed national realtor organizations such as AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) and APIR, which keep me well-informed and connected within the professional community.

Living in Baja offers a plethora of exciting activities. From horseback riding and ATV adventures on the beach to wave running and surfing, there is never a dull moment.
